Screw Conveyors

Screw Conveyors transport materials from one location to another using a rotating screw-type auger. They can operate horizontally, vertically, or at any required angle.

These conveyors consist of a rotating screw auger inside a pipe for vertical lifting or a U-shaped trough for horizontal conveying. The auger can be equipped with a dumping hopper for material intake, and materials can be discharged directly into storage bins or other equipment.

Our screw blades are crafted with precision using high-capacity presses and made from durable 5 mm MS sheet, tailored to the materials being conveyed. These blades are designed for high wear and tear resistance, accommodating various materials.

For easy maintenance, cleaning doors are strategically placed along the conveyor. Our screw conveyors are supported by high-quality bearings for smooth, maintenance-free operation, with hanger bearings at the center when needed.

Additionally, our screw conveyors feature oil seals and precisely machined bearing housings. The oil seal prevents material from entering the bearings, thereby extending their lifespan.
